Important Instructions

1. Authentication Types:
   • Domain Authentication: This login is multipurpose and can be used to login at CUI Email, Google Classroom, SFS, Windows domain, Lab Computer Login, WiFi (eduroam), Shared Drives. If Students "Domain / Email Authentication" is blocked or not created yet then please email at ithelpdesk@cuilahore.edu.pk
   • SFS Authentication: This is alternate option for SFS only in case student domain authentication login is disabled / suspended. Alumni / Passout students also need to login through SFS authentication on SFS only because their domain login is suspended after graduation.
   • Please note that this facility does not change the password of CU-Online or Office 365 / MS Team.
   • Office 365 / MS Team: Please email at o365support@cuilahore.edu.pk
2. Student may reset his / her password at this page through registered email at CU-Online by themselves. Student may register personal email address / change registered email address on CU-Online by editing profile. In case of any issues at CU-Online please email at cuonline@cuilahore.edu.pk
3. In case of any issue in resetting password other than blocked / inactive account then please email at webmaster@cuilahore.edu.pk
4. This service can only be used once in 5 days.
